Uncommon Sense

Uncommon Sense informs about the uncommonly recognized senses of the human mind and body.

A sense is any of the ways in which humans perceive stimuli. This leads to the conclusion that a sense is the only connection that one has from their mind to the physical world. The human body has upwards of twenty-one senses, but from early on children are taught that they only have five to explore. If the senses are overlooked, the mind’s connection to reality can be lacking, therefore disadvantaging one’s perception. In order to cherish the mind and body connection and cultivate a stronger relationship with the present self, all of the senses must be acknowledged.
